Games Network Programmer Innovative, Gaming Company - Scotland
Games Network Programmer required with good all round experience in Java, C++, object-oriented design, Windows, Linux, TCP and UDP sockets, Winsock, Java NIO, multi-threaded programming.
With a good degree, or equivalent, in a computing related subject, you should have good communication skills and be able to liaise closely with other technical staff.
Ideally, you will also have other skills and experience including PHP, HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, webservers, databases (Postgres & MySQL), Teamspeak or other voice chat software, network security (SSL, HTTPS, public-key cryptography) and DirectPlay.
This position is based in Dundee and salary is negotiable dependent on experience plus possible relocation assistance.
